Jack AI Customer Experience Snapshot

Captain Terry consistently delivers excellent fishing results on Lake Erie, with customers catching perch, walleye, and various other species even during challenging conditions. His boat and equipment are described as top-notch and in excellent condition, handling Lake Erie's waters with ease. Terry demonstrates extensive local knowledge and hands-on guidance, working tirelessly to put clients on fish and employing different techniques when conditions change. Customers consistently highlight Terry's exceptional patience and teaching ability, especially with children and beginners. He takes extra time to teach casting techniques and shares his expertise generously with less experienced anglers. Terry goes above and beyond by providing rain gear when needed, cleaning catches at day's end, and maintaining close attention to weather safety. Families with children, including those with disabilities, praise his welcoming nature and ability to create memorable experiences for multi-generational groups.

Trip - on August 6, 2024

We had an excellent experience with Capt. Terry. Two families, including kids, joined the trip, and he took extra time to teach them how to cast while showing great patience. He also kept a close watch on the weather to ensure our safety. His boat handled Lake Erie’s conditions well. Despite having to cut the trip short due to weather, we still caught a variety of fish and would definitely book with him again!
